After years of practicing commercial litigation law, Nick realized that he could offer quality legal counsel to entrepreneurs and small business owners at a fraction of the cost that his larger clients were paying; therefore, he started The Cornor Law Office.
Additionally, Nick’s knowledge of intellectual property law, allows him to identify, evaluate, and protect entrepreneurs and small business owners most valuable assets.
Military Veteran and Educator
Prior to law school, Nick served as an officer in the United States Air Force. After leaving the Air Force, he taught economics at a several colleges and universities to include the prestigious United States Air Force Academy.

Nick grew up in Deer Park, Texas and moved to Sugar Land in 2020 to raise his family.

Marshall enjoys practicing Aikido, a martial art dedicated to resolving conflict and mitigating harm. He is also active in volunteering to support Houston’s clean technology and energy transition community through the non-profit Houstainable.
